Everything was wonderful, thanks to the service staff, gardeners, security.... Happy New Year 2024!

The hotel staff is welcoming, friendly, always helps to resolve any issues, room cleaning is good, the food for this hotel is suitable for the price, you won’t go hungry, everything is prepared tasty and fresh, the beach is clean.

The jacuzzi near the pool did not work well

Very Good

The location is super. The hotel is located in a beautiful corner overlooking Naama Bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Karam. The beach is extremely nice with lots of magnificent colored fish just under your feet. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Been here before, would come again. Nice 'smaller' hotel.

Staff are great, friendly and helpful, muti-lingual. Food is good. It has its own beach and a jetty with steps into the sea for snorkelling. Close to dive centre. Feels safe and secure. Rooms with sea view or garden view. Local traditional entertainment good, especially the dancing. I like that this hotel isn't like a resort - some may not find it grand enough, I like the simple design and don't want theme park type pool areas. However, there were still families with small children and parental supervision around the pool is probably easier than at the bigger places.

Loud music around the pool all day, no peace! Also evening music far too loud. Wifi is weak, but adequate if you don't need it for working. Limit of one small bottle of water per day seems odd for fully inclusive. There are lots of steps to different levels, which was fine for me but may bother some less agile people. Some rooms have noisy aircon, some are ok so ask to be moved if it seems to rattle.

Nice small hotel in Naama

Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great if you like to go to the restaurants and shops in naama bay. Beware, some taxis will not drive to Naama bay area at times and you might need to take a 5 minute walk to Lido. I am not sure why but the airport taxi does come over to the hotel.

Pool was a bit on the small size and the beds were rather stiff. It's ok if you like a stiff bed. Nothing extraordinary, nothing extra bad.

Loved the location and design of the hotel.

I loved the location, because it is at the mouth of Naama Bay, so I could see all of the bay from the hotel. Moreover, the design of the hotel is clever, in that it resembles a ship. Even the floors and the railings resemble ship-like designs, so I didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel, rather a ship cruiser. The open door restaurants add to this feeling too.

The hotel is quite a way from the entrance of naama bay, public transport is unable to enter naama bay so makes it a very long walk to go outside and take public transport.

A good choice

A well kept hotel with great views across naama bay. The bar and restaurant staff were attentive and entertaining. I would stay there again.

Having only 150mb of free wifi per stay in today's world was a shock. People selling massages and excursions in the hotel grounds were more than annoying. A lack of lift access and too many steps to climb.

The location is great;

The location is great; the hotel is located directly on the beach at the head of Naama Bay.

Many things were not good; the reservation process was not easy as the visa was refused more than once for no reasonable reason, at first they gave me a very bad room, It smells was very bad like stable horses, staff‘s voice was so high, I could not sleep quietly and I lost the feeling of privacy, the room itself was so neglected, burned lamps and weak lighting, broken frame, bad smelly towels, no shower shampoo, disabled TV, no internet coverage, no notes and pencil, no card for “Do Not Disturb” or any other cards. But I moved to another room, quite opposite from the first one after the intervention of one of the workers in the hotel, who is a very professional person with a great deal of hospitality and kindness.

OK value and suitable for spending the nights.

mediocre Hotel... Due for some serious facelifting. All seems dated and not well maintained ... Staff Is super friendly and helpful. Very convenient for scuba diving trips. Therefore only spend the nights in the Hotel.

A thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to see them each day. The staff's attention to my special diet requirements was greatly appreciated.

The noise from the music in the evenings was too loud for us but it stop around 11.30 pm..

Could have used AC!

The breakfast and the of the facilities were very nice. The breakfast was a buffet with an omlette station. The omlettes were very good. There was a selection of pastry and breads. The pool bar was nice and the view of Naama bay was good.

The First night the AC failed to work. The room was hot when we arrived and I thought that it would cool down. We finally opened the door and let the breeze cool the room. In the morning, there was no hot water. They fixed the hot water and the AC. The AC quit once again and another hot night. The issue I had is that there were no partial refunds for the AC. I understand that somethings are out of the hotels control, but I have zero control and thought they should have not charged the full price for the rooms.

Poor service, Far from activity by walking, Cost concise and not ready to invest at the service, unp

might what I will write not understandable for some visitors but it is major concern since the GM of hotel is the prevues Account Manager and his concern how to save the cost and expenses. just imagine they don’t have oral care, slippers or body care and when i asked for it they request me to buy it from out side. using cheap materiales and they don’t have food varity also the employee aren’t in proper hygine since you can see them unhappy from thier managment also.
